Another Trials of the Nine weapon reissued, A Swift Verdict has made its return. Now dropping from the Prophecy Dungeon, it has plenty of new perks to choose from. Here are the best perks you should look for on A Swift Verdict in Destiny 2.
Perks and rolls
The sight options on A Swift Verdict don’t add much besides additional range or stability. Farpoint SAS and Target SAS add the most range, so keep an eye out for those. For magazine perks, look for High-Caliber Rounds, Armor-Piercing Rounds, or Ricochet Rounds.
Slideshot is a solid choice for PvP, boosting stability and range. If you would like the added range and some handling, look for Killing Wind. Tunnel Vision activates off kills but brings up the Aim Assist as well as ADS speed. For an all-around neutral game perk, then Surplus is the go-to.
Kill Clip is one of two damage-boosting perks present on this weapon. The other is Surrounded, but this requires three or more enemies to be in close proximity. If you like to ADS, then look for Rangefinder for the added zoom and range. Zen Moment will add plenty of stability if you can land repeated shots.

Is A Swift Verdict any good?
Sadly, A Swift Verdict will be outclassed by burst-fire Sidearms in most scenarios. Similar to Lonesome, A Swift Verdict fires at 260 RPM meaning it is a Precision Frame. Until Precision frames receive a buff, there is not much reason to be using this gun.
Judgment drops from the Prophecy Dungeon, specifically the Cube encounter. Once it has dropped, it is added to the secret chest loot pool.
