Eyasluna was at one point among the best Hand Cannons in Destiny. It has now returned with Bungie’s 30th Anniversary with some new rolls and perks. These are the best perks you can get on Eyasluna in Destiny 2.
Perks and rolls
As a 140 RPM Hand Cannon, you want to maximize your range to mitigate damage falloff. Instead of barrel perks, Eyasluna has sight options. The best ones to look for are Fastdraw HCS, Steadyhand HCS, or Truesight HCS. In terms of magazine perks, look for Ricochet Rounds, High-Caliber Rounds, Armor-Piercing Rounds, and Light Mag.
Perpetual Motion is a new perk on Eyasluna that caters to a mobile playstyle. It gives bonuses to stability, handling, and reload for being in motion. For reload perks, your options are either Outlaw or Rapid Hit. By far the best perk will be Rangefinder, which is a must-have in PvP activities.
The only damage perk present on Eyasluna is Kill Clip. Headstone is also present, which should not be overlooked if you want to synergize with a Stasis build. In terms of solid neutral game perks, Snapshot Sights, Moving Target, and Demolitionist.

Is Eyasluna any good?
Eyasluna feels as good as the day I left it in the previous Destiny. I would’ve liked to see it return with Luck in the Chamber, but alas Bungie did not feel the same way. While its perk pool is not the best when compared to the likes of Fatebringer, Eyasluna has great base stats that help it stay competitive in the current meta.
Eyasluna drops from the new Grasp of Avarice Dungeon, which was added with the 30th Anniversary.
