Best perks for Legal Action II Pulse Rifle | Destiny 2

It's time to file a complaint.

Legal Action ll was a Pulse Rifle previously introduced to Destiny 2 in the Curse of Osiris DLC. It has been reintroduced with random rolls and a handful of new perks. Here are the best perks you should look for on Legal Action II in Destiny 2.

Perks and rolls

With this Pulse Rifle, you want to bring up the handling and stability. Arrowhead Brake, Fluted Barrel, and Corkscrew Rifling are the best barrel perks you can get. For magazine perks, look for Tactical Mag, Steady Rounds, and Flared Magwell.

Surplus will remain to be one of the top perks for the neutral game. All it requires is you to have an ability off cooldown. Feeding Frenzy is also a great reload perk, and pairs well with almost any other perk. Some other options are Heating Up and Moving Target.

For damage perks, your options are Frenzy, Adrenaline Junkie, and Rampage. Frenzy is better when you won’t be getting kills, but Rampage tends to be the most consistent in both PvP and PvE. Legal Action II can also roll with Osmosis, which is the first for a Pulse Rifle. When paired with a Stasis subclass, this weapon can be converted into a Stasis primary.

Best combos for Legal Action ll in Destiny 2

Here are the best perks and rolls you should look for on Legal Action ll in Destiny 2:

  • Feeding Frenzy + Rampage
  • Heating Up + Rampage
  • Surplus + Adrenaline Junkie

Is Legal Action ll any good?

Legal Action II is one of the best High Impact Pulse Rifles in the game. Its large perk pool makes it super viable in PvE, with great neutral game potential as well as lethal in clearing lower-tier enemies. With proper set-up, Legal Action II can two-tap in PvP. If you do end up getting a solid roll, I recommend holding onto it.
