Call of Duty’s battle royale mode Warzone is still going strong. It is currently in the midst of Season 6 with many improvements and meta changes throughout. Warzone has also seen its fair share of additional game modes during its tenure as well. Infinity Ward has also changed the map and added new traversal elements since the game first launched in March.
While Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is likely to shake things up when it comes to Warzone, there’s still a lot of fun to be had as it currently stands. Gameplay elements
Season 5 also introduced deadly red and yellow gas canisters. Littered throughout the map, red canisters will explode when shot or ignited. Yellow canisters, on the other hand, will spew poisonous gas, similar to the circle. Each season of Warzone also includes a few new easter egg experiences. While accessed cards were first introduced back in season 3, season 5 introduced the access cards. These cards could be used to solve a puzzle within one of Verdansk’s major POI, Stadium. Warzone map
The subway system brought a whole new way of travelling the expansive Verdansk map. Warzone’s subway system opened up during Season 6. This gives players a way to fast travel to and from various POIs. Though, it’s not quite as simple as it may seem. We have tips for the more important aspects of navigating the Warzone map.
