Fatebringer best perks and review | Destiny 2

Fatebringer has made its long-awaited return to Destiny 2. However, this time it is Kinetic instead of Arc, and is an Adaptive Frame. Here are the best perks and rolls for Fatebringer in Destiny 2.

Perks and rolls

Range is the stat you want to maximize on your hand cannons. This reduces damage falloff and makes the gun functional in more situations. The barrel perks you want to look for are Corkscrew Rifling, Hammer-Forged Rifling, and Smallbore. Accurized Rounds and Tactical Mag are the best magazine perks.

Rewind Rounds is one of the new perks in Destiny 2. Landing shots will refill a portion of the mag once you empty it. However, you have to land the final shot to activate it. Explosive Payload is a strong pickup and helps mitigate damage fall off. Killing Wind and Tunnel Vision are also great perks.

Firefly has made a return to legendary weapons, adding solar AOE and a buff to reload speed on precision kills. For damage perks you either want Frenzy or Kill Clip. Adrenaline Junkie is also present, but it requires a high discipline build. Opening Shot is a solid neutral game perk for PvP activities.

Combos

Here are the perk combinations and god rolls you should look for on Fatebringer in Destiny 2:

  • Explosive Payload + Firefly
  • Rewind Rounds + Frenzy
  • Tunnel Vision + Kill Clip

Verdict

Fatebringer feels amazing and has plenty of strong rolls. Its perk selection makes it versatile and caters to many playstyles. As a 140 hand cannon, it can see use in both PvE and PvP. Fatebringer only drops from the Vault of Glass raid.
