Finite Impactor is a new Iron Banner weapon in Destiny 2. This 140 RPM hand cannon deals arc damage and resides in the Energy slot. Here are the perks and rolls you should look for on Finite Impactor.
Perks and rolls
Finite Impactor has sight options instead of barrel perks. The best sight is Truesight, closely followed by Fastdraw. For magazine perks you want anything that buffs range or stability. Look for Armor-Piercing Rounds, High-Caliber Rounds or Ricochet Rounds.
You don’t have many options in the first column. Killing Wind is always a strong pickup for buffs after a kill. If you want to increase stability and accuracy, look for Heating Up, Under Pressure or Slideways.
Finite Impactor is one of the few weapons that can benefit from Iron Reach. It benefits from the range, but the stability needs to be brought up by your other perk and magazine. For damage perks, you have the choice of One For All or Mulitkill Clip.
Here are the perk combinations and god rolls you should look for on Finite Impactor in Destiny 2:
- Heating Up + Iron Reach – Heating Up will counter the stability debuff from Iron Reach, making Iron Reach worth using.
- Killing Wind + Multikill Clip – A solid perk combo for PvE activities.
Finite Impactor doesn’t feel as powerful as some of the other 140 Hand Cannons. It is easily outclassed by the Palindrome, and has a lackluster pool of perks. Even with a strong perk combo, it gets outclassed by other hand cannons due to its lack of range. Finite Impactor drops from Iron Banner matches and bounties.
