Sith Eternal Emperor is a one person wrecking crew in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes that can instantly defeat any linked enemies with his Ultimate, Power! Unlimited Power! We check out how you can unlock shards in Phases 1-3 for Sith Eternal Emperor in SWGOH. Just remember that you need to fill the Relic requirements and have saved up enough Dark Side Currency to launch Galactic Legend missions in SWGOH.
Phase One: Darth Sidious
Please don’t go into this blind and unmodded, because you might lose Dark Side Currency for Galactic Legends. It’s easy to underestimate the power of the light side, as Darth Sidious takes on four members of the Jedi Council: Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin, and Agen Kolar. The only victory condition is that you live long enough to defeat everybody other than Mace Windu. It might seem like an easy task, but you’ll need the mods to pull it off.
Make sure your Darth Sidious has a zeta on his Unique, Sadistic Glee. It will give Darth Sidious 100% Turn Meter Gain, +50% Potency, and gain Max Health equal to Potency percentage after every defeated unit. In short, Darth Sidious gets beefy after every defeated character, and has more Health added from your Potency stat.
Mods: Speed + Potency sets. Aim for 330 Speed and 100% Potency.
Strategy: Use Darth Sidious AoE whenever possible, and focus on characters with the Exposed debuff. Do not waste your time attacking Mace Windu, as he cannot be defeated in Phase 1. Your only goal is to take out Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin, and Agen Kolar.
Phase Two: Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker
Just like Darth Sidious, it’s easy to whiff this Galactic Legends mission if you’re not modded properly. This mission is a lot simpler than Phase One, as you only have to defeat Mace Windu. Make sure to follow these steps so that you won’t waste your GL Dark Side Currency.
Mods: Speed + Health sets. Aim for 300 Speed, and use a Critical Damage triangle mod.
Strategy: Use Jedi Knight Anakin’s AoE to gain the Offense Up, Critical Chance Up, and Protection Up buffs. This will help speed up the process of taking down Mace Windu, and ensure that a lucky hit won’t take out too much of your Health and Protection pool. After that, wail on Mace Windu with your basic attack until he is defeated.
Phase Three: Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine
Phase Three is your last stop to earn Sith Eternal Emperor Galactic Legends shards in SWGOH. This encounter is fairly simple, as you have to take on Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker. As long as your Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine are fully kitted out with zetas, you should be able to make it through easily.
Darth Vader mods: Critical Chance + (Critical Damage or Speed) – Potency buff on the cross mod and Critical Damage bonus on the triangle mod.
Emperor Palpatine mods: Speed + Potency – Potency buff on the cross mod. Aim for +100% Potency.
Darth Vader strategy: Start with Merciless Massacre for the extra turn, and hit Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker with Darth Vader’s AoE: Force Crush. The only ability you should avoid using is Darth Vader’s Culling Blade. You want Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker to keep all the debuffs. Darth Vader’s basic triggers an Ability Block debuff, which is key to surviving.
Emperor Palpatine strategy: Treat this like every other Emperor Palpatine battle. Use his Power of the Dark Side AoE ability to gain Offense Up, and then spam Emperor Palpatine’s basic ability to inflict the Shock debuff on Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker. After every attack, Luke’s Health should melt until the encounter ends. You shouldn’t need to use Emperor Palpatine’s health steal ability, Let the Hate Flow, but don’t be afraid to use it if you’re getting nervous about your health.
You can only claim Sith Eternal Emperor shard rewards a set amount of times in the SWGOH Journey Guide. If you follow the steps above, you should have a smooth time with the Sith Eternal Emperor Galactic Ascension event. Just remember, this is only the first half of the adventure, as you have to unlock Sith Eternal Emperor’s Ultimate once you gear him up!
