Loud Lullaby review and best perks | Destiny 2

Loud Lullaby is the Moon hand cannon that was recently reissued with new perks. It is an Aggressive Frame, meaning it fires at 120 RPM. Here are the perks and rolls you should look for on Loud Lullaby in Destiny 2.

Perks and rolls

120 hand cannons have low base handling and reload speed, so you want to raise those with barrel and magazine perks. Look for Corkscrew Rifling or Smallbore. For magazine perks look for Tactical Mag, Flared Magwell, or Appended Mag.

Surplus is the strongest perk in the first column. It boosts handling, reload speed, and stability, and only requires you to have abilities charged. Slideshot will partially reload your mag, while increasing range and stability. Moving Target and Tunnel Vision will help with target acquisition.

Kill Clip is one of the best options in the second column. Other damage perk options include Frenzy and Adrenaline Junkie. If you tend to go into low health, Eye of the Storm is great for the added handling and accuracy.

Here are the perk combinations and god rolls you should look for on Loud Lullaby in Destiny 2:

  • Surplus + Kill Clip
  • Moving Target + Eye of the Storm

After the 120 RPM hand cannon nerfs, they have not seen much use in PvE, let alone PvP. The only redeeming quality is Kill Clip, but even that doesn’t allow the two-shot in PvP. Loud Lullaby has lower base stats compared to other 120s, so for the time being it is not worth farming.

Loud Lullaby drops from the Lectern of Enchantment on the Moon.
