Shayura’s Wrath best perks and review | Destiny 2

Shayura’s Wrath is a new Trials weapon in Destiny 2. This Void SMG fires at 600 RPM, making it a Precision Frame. Here are the perks and rolls you should look for on Shayura’s Wrath.

Perks and rolls

With any SMG in Destiny 2 you want to maximize range. Corkscrew Rifling is the top choice for barrels, followed by Hammer-Forged Rifling and Fluted Barrel. The magazine perks you should look for are Accurized Rounds or Tactical Mag.

In the first column, you have a couple of solid perk options. Dynamic Sway Reduction is great for the added stability and accuracy. For a more run- and-gun playstyle, look for Killing Wind. Quickdraw is strong for hot swaps, although it was nerfed. Tunnel Vision is an overlooked perk, and its ability to increase target acquisition makes Shayura’s Wrath an aimbot machine.

Kill Clip is a must-have perk on this weapon. It is arguably the best perk in the slot, and pairs well with many perks. Adrenaline Junkie could be good with high Discipline builds, but the damage buff requires getting a grenade kill. Celerity is not worth picking up, even with the recent buffs.

Here are the perk combinations and god rolls you should look for on Shayura’s Wrath in Destiny 2:

  • Tunnel Vision + Kill Clip – Tunnel Vision and Kill Clip both activate after reloads, making these perks great in tandem with each other. The additional target acquisition is a cherry on top.
  • Killing Wind + Kill Clip – This double kill skill combo is great in both PvP and PvE. Killing Wind will buff a few sub stats, while Kill Clip gives you a solid damage buff.

Shayura’s Wrath is a good-feeling SMG in Destiny 2. While it can be outclassed by the Ikelos SMG in some scenarios, its Void subtype makes it stand out. It won’t see much play in PvP, but in PvE it can be used to deal with Overload Champions. Shayura’s Wrath only drops from Trials of Osiris and its related bounties.
