Five years of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes have left some characters as artifacts of the past. Some of these uselessly outdated characters were worthless even back when they first released. This isn’t so much a list of characters you should avoid farming, but characters you have no business farming aside from the eventual shard shop collection. Either way, here are the 4 worst characters in SWGOH.
Gamorrean Guard
The Gamorrean Guard in SWGOH has little to no use. The pig doesn’t synergize with almost any team, so there isn’t a fit anywhere, aside from a weird leftover Scoundrel team. If this isn’t a flattering enough endorsement, wasting 450 Guild Store currency on the Gamorrean Guard is a tough pill to swallow. These key pieces of gear could’ve gone to solid foundational or supporting characters like: Darth Vader, General Grievous, Obi-Wan Kenobi (Old Ben), or Sith Assassin. Gamorrean Guard isn’t the worst character ever, but it’s definitely one of the weaker SWGOH characters in a very important store.
The top ranked Gamorrean Guard is owned by a player with the name “Cockpuncher”. Given the lack of guild affiliation, I’m sure this player is no longer active and left a Relic 7 Gamorrean Guard as a parting gift for Capital Games.

Coruscant Underworld Police (aka CUP)
All aboard the meme train! Next stop: CUP. Coruscant Underworld Police is both the worst and greatest character in SWGOH. If you want in on the joke, go ahead and farm CUP. However, if you want to semi-competitively progress in SWGOH, stay far away from farming Coruscant Underworld Police. Leave the memes to the professionals.
At the time of this article being published, Relic 8 has been out for a few days. This upgrade would’ve cost the CUP owner over $100 for all the Relic components. Do you realize how many chicken nuggets that person could’ve bought with that money? Lots.
12/10 and 0/10 trash score. We salute those dedicated to the meme.
IG-86 Sentinel Droid
IG-86 Sentinel Droid was an amazing starter character back in Year 1 of SWGOH. It would call for an assist on its attack, which was game-changing back in the day. In hindsight, it was a simpler prehistoric time where Lando Calrissian was the bee’s knees and the Wiggs meta was god tier.
Right now, there is zero point to farming IG-86 Sentinel Droid, given how high it is on the SWGOH hierarchy of suck. It might have some use as a sacrificial lamb on a General Grievous nuke team, but that’s about it.
There isn’t a fun fact for this character, because it’s boring. This isn’t the droid you’re looking for, move along.

Mob Enforcer
Mob Enforcer has a weird kit and weirder tags. The debuffs in her abilities are a mismatch with Defense Down on her basic, and a Thermal Detonator ability that can’t fit on a Jawa team or a weird Zam Wessell team. If she had a Bounty Hunter tag or something, maybe there would be a little bit of utility to her as a filler.
A total of eleven SWGOH players have geared Mob Enforcer to Relic 7. If that doesn’t scream colossal waste of time, I don’t know what does.
10/10 trash score
Honorable mentions for worst SWGOH characters go to: Rose Tico (yikes), Eeth Koth, Visas Marr (until she gets another tag), Tusken Trio, Gar Saxon and Imperial Super Commando, Teebo, and Ugnaught.
