Uzume RR4 is one of the new Nightfall weapons in Destiny 2. It was introduced at the beginning of Season of the Splicer in Destiny 2. It is an Adaptive Frame sniper rifle and fires at 90 RPM. Here are the perks and rolls you should look for on Uzume RR4 in Destiny 2.
Perks and rolls
Range and magazine size are the two key stats you want to boost with Uzume RR4. Arrowhead Brake, Corkscrew Rifling, and Fluted Barrel are the strongest barrel perks. The best magazine perks are Accurized Rounds, Tactical Mag, and Appended Mag.
There are three key perks in the first column that provide the best utility. Triple Tap and Clown Cartridge are great in PvE, as they can extend your magazine size, which will allow you to output more DPS. Snapshot Sights is great for increasing your ADS speed.
Vorpal Weapon is a strong perk option on special weapons. It provides a flat 20% damage buff against bosses and majors in PvE. High-Impact Reserves is another decent perk, useful in both PvP and PvE. If you would like to add some AOE to your damage, look for Dragonfly or Explosive Payload.

Verdict
Uzume RR4 is an interesting sniper that has perk viability in both PvP and PvE in Destiny 2. The only perk it misses out on in PvP is Quickdraw, even though it was recently nerfed. In PvE it can be a great long range DPS option, and can be combined with weapons like Anarchy for steady damage output.
Uzume RR4 can be obtained from Nightfalls. Adept versions of the weapon can drop from Grandmaster Nightfalls.
