Anime lovers, unite! There are so many great animes and video games it is sometimes hard to keep track of which game is available in English and which one is not. To make sure you can enjoy these games to the fullest, every entry on this list has an English version either confirmed or at the very least rumored. Here are the best anime games coming out in 2021!

Digimon Survive

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Digimon anime, Bandai Namco is introducing a brand new game for the license: Digimon Survive.

Dragon Quest is celebrating its 35th birthday in 2021! For the occasion, a brand new action RPG is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch later this year, called Infinity Strash – Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai.

Infinity Strash – Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai follows the story of the anime. There are two other games set in the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai universe, with Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken Tamashii no Kizuna on mobiles and Dragon Quest Xross Blade on arcade machines.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny

Disgaea is one of the most popular SRPG series, and its newest entry is finally coming out after six long years. Disgaea 6 – as for the sixth installment of the license, not the six years it took to develop – bears the subtitle Defiance of Destiny, and is a tactical RPG putting you in the shoes of a zombie trying to overcome a god. Standard Disgaea stuff.

We are now effectively in later, and can only hope that we get some news soon, and that the game is worth the wait,.

So you get to start fresh and slowly dip into the series’ universe.

A word of caution, though. While Code Geass: Genesic Re;CODE has been confirmed in Japan, there is still no official news as to its publishing in NA.

The creators of the wildly unique Danganronpa series are back with a new project! Tribe Nine is set in a futuristic version of Tokyo, where outlaws duel each other through violent quasi-baseball fights. These duels are street fights, mixed with baseball and extreme sports.

Between fights, you can take some time to stroll through the fictional Neo Tokyo. Unfortunately, that is pretty much all we know so far about Tribe Nine, but more information should be available shortly. It looks pretty interesting, that much is safe to say.
