Ubisoft has outlined the next Assassin’s Creed Valhalla season roadmap, bringing new activities to the game. Starting on July 29, the Sigrblot Season will begin and run until Aug 19. The free limited-timed event marks the beginning of the raiding season in Ravensthorpe. It will introduce new activities, items, and customization options for players.

Upon the launch of the Sigrblot Season update, Valhalla players will be delighted to see the long-awaited introduction of one-handed swords. Ubisoft has already outlined that one sword available in the update is the Skrofnung. This item can be purchased using Sigrblot tokens obtained through the festival.

Players can look forward to new activities becoming available in Valhalla during the festival. Three activities, including Test Your Metal, War Games, and Fight or Flyte will be a part of the update. Completion of activities will award players with festival tokens. Sigrblot Season will also include three new quests to complete.

On Aug. 12, the next major expansion in Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is releasing. Dubbed The Siege of Paris, the expansion will see Eivor set out on a new adventure across Francia. Players will journey across the Frankish countryside and forge new alliances while combating dangerous foes and engage the forces of Charles the Fat. Although exact details on the expansion are still under wraps, The Siege of Paris will introduce Black Box Infiltration missions.

Later this summer, Ubisoft will launch the second River Raid Maps pack. The first map pack launched in February and introduced three replayable raid maps filled with gear and treasure. This second map will see more new maps added to the fold.

The Siege of Paris will be available for all Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Season Pass owners, or as a separate purchase for owners of the main game.
